Tide Promotional Offer Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions are applicable to CabCard's Tide promotional offer.

  1. To be eligible to receive the CabCard promotional offer (the “Offer”), applicants must first successfully open a sole trader or limited company business current account with Tide. Account opening eligibility criteria and customary know your customer checks apply.
  2. The Offer includes the following from Tide:
    • one year of free transfers to any UK bank account.
  3. The Offer includes the following from CabCard:
    • one 4G Pocket payment terminal, which may be provided through the applicant's fleet operator if applicable; and
    • one year of SIM airtime for the applicant's 4G Pocket payment terminal; and
    • one year of discounted card payment processing rates for selected card types.
  4. The Offer is only valid for CabCard customers who have not previously opened an account with Tide.
  5. New customers must successfully open a CabCard account prior to being eligible for the Offer. Account opening eligibility criteria and customary know your customer checks apply.
  6. To activate the Offer, the applicant must use the referral code: 'CABCARD'. The applicant is required to either enter the referral code while applying for a Tide account via the Tide mobile app or the Tide website (https://web.tide.co/sign-up/) by informing Tide through the in-app chat within 1 week of successfully opening the account (e.g. if an applicant successfully opens a new Tide account on Monday, the applicant will have until and including the following Monday to give us the referral code via the in-app chat).
  7. The Offer is limited to one per applicant.
  8. To receive the Offer, the applicant's new Tide account must be credited with a minimum of £10 (the “Minimum Balance”) within three months of the Tide account opening date. It may take up to 14 days from this date for the discounted processing rate to be applied to the applicant's CabCard account. It may take up to 30 days from this date for the applicant to receive the 4G Pocket payment terminal and SIM, subject to the delivery timeframe of the applicant's fleet operator if applicable.
  9. The discounted processing rate will be applied to the applicant's existing CabCard account.
  10. The discounted processing rate will be non-transferrable and can only be used with the applicant's CabCard account.
  11. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions or withdraw this Offer at any time.
  12. Discounted card payment processing rates are subject to change or withdrawal by CabCard at any time, at CabCard's sole discretion without notice.
  13. This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other CabCard offer or promotion.
  14. Open Access Tide account applications are not eligible for this offer.
  15. If you provide any contact information, such as your email address or mobile phone number, you agree that CabCard or Tide may contact you by email, SMS, phone call or any other method for the purposes of completing your account application and setup, in accordance with each company's privacy policy and terms as applicable.
